Sun A Demo

This is your warm up and starting point in power Vinyasa Yoga.  We recommend doing 5 of these if you're going to be doing a moderately intense yoga session.  If you only have time for a few poses or just a little refresh through the day, 2-3 Sun A flows should help you fight stagnant energy.  Be mindful of the alignment and breathing tips given along with these poses to get the most out of your practice.  Namaste!
